May 2nd, 2022 features two more Game 1’s in the second round of the NBA Playoffs with James Harden leading the Joel Embiid-less 76ers into Miami to face the top-seeded Heat and Jimmy Butler who are without Kyle Lowry, while in the West the Luka Doncic-led Mavericks take on Devin Booker‘s top-seeded Suns. The MLB has an eight-game schedule including two of the AL’s top teams battling with the Yankees vs. Blue Jays, as well as Chris Bassitt starting for the Mets against the Braves who have superstar OF Ronald Acuna Jr. back.
