Deion Sanders – Winners Only Club
MILWAUKEE, WI DECEMBER 4, 2022 GARS
Prime Time. Passion. Flashy. Player centered. That’s who the Colorado Buffs are getting as their new head coach. A recruiting mastermind that turned a Division AA team into a powerhouse and literally ran a train through their whole regular season schedule. Colorado is coming off an embarrassing 1-11 season (worst record in history of the program) and the program new Karl Durrell was not him. Folsom Blues at Folsom field in 2021 with abysmal statistics to show including having a turnover ratio of -11, 130th in the nation in total defense (2nd to last), and 127th in scoring offense; yikes. Deion Sanders is definitely looking to boast those numbers. Knowing that, unlike some coaches and players, who my opinion have no pride, he is finishing out his season with Jackson State. As excited as he is to start with CU, his commitment to finish what he started is impeccable. His message to other teams in his interview saying along with other passionate messages: you gotta not just show up, but show out.” He also focuses on developing the charecter of his athletes, which will create a culture for this team. In case you missed it the press conference, here’s the link.
