Texas Tech plans $200M football stadium, facilities project

LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) — Texas Tech is organizing a $200 million task consisting of a new 4-story developing in the south stop zone that will include locker rooms, offices for coaches and a subject-amount club region that the Crimson Raiders will go via prior to game titles.
