Kemba Gets First Triple-Double Since 2014 In Christmas Win

Kemba Walker has been in the midst of quite the resurgence since making his way back into the New York Knicks’ starting lineup. After being dropped from the team’s rotation altogether at the end of November and sitting on the bench for 10 consecutive games, Walker has become indispensable in recent days as injuries and COVID absences have led to him getting more run.

His most recent big game came on Christmas Day, as the Knicks hosted the Atlanta Hawks at Madison Square Garden and picked up a 101-87 win over the team that eliminated them from the postseason last year. While Walker didn’t put forth the kind of gaudy scoring output that we’ve seen since he was reinserted into the starting lineup, he finished the game with 10 points, 10 rebounds, and 12 assists, giving him his first triple-double since April 4, 2014, when he was a member of

It’s impossible to look at this video and say Dan Campbell doesn’t care deeply about this win. The Lions video team caught the head coach’s immediate reaction to Detroit’s first win of the season in the final seconds.

It’s great to see Campbell’s Lions finally get a win this season. The first-year head coach did a great job of keeping the team together through some tough breaks throughout the year.

Week-in and week-out the Lions show up to play and they play hard. Now the team has at least victory to show for it.

All things considered, Detroit got one of its better performances from quarterback Jared Goff. The former No. 1 overall pick finished 25-41 for 296 yards and three touchdowns. Though he did turn the ball over twice.

The offense also made up for the absence of D’Andre Swift

Taking down the No. 1-ranked, undefeated Georgia Bulldogs, No. 3 Alabama stunned the college football world with a 41-24 blowout win in today’s SEC Championship game.

“Upset” is not exactly a word in the Crimson Tide’s vocabulary — except for today. As 6.5-point underdogs heading into the matchup, Nick Saban’s squad wasn’t favored for the first time in 92 straight contests.

Overcoming the odds, Alabama made relatively light work of a Georgia team that dominated through the entirety of the 2021 regular season.

The college football world took to Twitter with their reactions to this upset victory.

This victory for the Crimson Tide came in large part due to the potentially Heisman-clinching performance for Bama quarterback Bryce Young. Throwing 26/44, the star signal caller collected 421 yards, three touchdowns and zero interceptions through the air. He also took to the
