Deshaun Watson has yet to suit up for the Houston Texans this season. The three-time Pro Bowl quarterback finds himself in the midst of a litany of lawsuits involving indecent behavior with massage therapists.

On Saturday, Watson’s agent David Mulugheta expressed confidence in how the NFL star’s legal situation will play out.

“We’re pretty confident how this thing plays out,” Mulugheta said. “I think people around the NFL know who Deshaun is. That’s the reason the market was still as hot as it was. He’s still one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. He’ll continue to have an all-pro career moving forward.”

Interest around Watson seemed to peak around the NFL’s trade deadline. However, he’s yet to find a new home despite strong interest from the Dolphins and Panthers.

The U.S. will be relying on Brooks Koepka, among others, when it takes on the European squad in next week’s Ryder Cup in Wisconsin.

The prestigious match play tournament, which is held every two years, has been dominated by the Europeans of late. Europe has won seven of the last nine events, including the 2018 championship in France.

Why have the Americans struggled under this format? Well, Koepka seemed to provide some explanation in a recent interview with Golf Digest.

“It’s different. It’s hectic. It’s a bit odd, if I’m honest,” Koepka said about the schedule of a Ryder Cup compared to a major tournament. “I don’t want to say it’s a bad week. We’re just so individualized, and everybody has their routine and a different way of doing things, and now, it’s like, OK, we have to

ESPN NFL insider Jeremy Fowler appeared on SportsCenter on Saturday morning and shared some telling details on the situation with the Saints quarterback.

Basically, it comes down to this: Brees has yet to announce an official decision, and even those close to him aren’t 100 percent sure of his mindset, but the New Orleans Saints appear to have moved on.

“There’s still a little wiggle room because nothing is yet official. Even some people close to him don’t know the full story. Drew Brees wants to win another super bowl so nothing can be off the table. But he’s reworked that deal to be owned $1 million in base salary. That suggested Brees and the Saints have
