5-Star PG Jaden Bradley Commits to Alabama over Arizona | Bleacher Report

Point guard Jaden Bradley committed to Alabama on Thursday as part of the 2022 college basketball recruiting class.

Breaking: Jaden Bradley, the No. 1 point guard in the Class of 2022 ESPN 100, has committed to Alabama, per @PaulBiancardi.

Bradley is a 5-star prospect and ranked as the No. 18 overall player in the 2022 group, according to 247Sports‘ composite rankings. He’s also listed as the third-best point guard and the No. 6 recruit from the state of Florida.

The 6’3″, 185-pound IMG Academy standout is a floor general in every sense of the description. He’s played beyond his years in terms of running an offense and leadership while showcasing great vision and distribution skills to make himself a high-end prospect.

He’s also displayed terrific end-to-end speed that should make him a weapon

The Duke Blue Devils landed a major victory on the recruiting trail Thursday when point guard Caleb Foster joined their 2023 class.

Foster, who checks in at 6’5″ and 190 pounds, attends Oak Hill Academy and is a 5-star prospect, per 247Sports’ composite rankings. He is the No. 12 overall player, No. 3 point guard and No. 1 player from Virginia in his class.

Travis Branham of 247Sports noted Foster committed to Duke over Louisville, Illinois, Stanford, Tennessee, Virginia and others.

College basketball recruiting: Jalen Duren commits to Memphis as top recruit reclassifies into 2021 class

Memphis and Penny Hardaway landed yet another blue-chip talent on Friday night as Jalen Duren, a five-star center from Montverde Academy ranked in the 247Sports Composite as the No. 1 prospect in the 2022 class, picked the Tigers in a commitment ceremony while simultaneously announcing he is reclassifying into the 2021 class. Duren chose Memphis over a final list of suitors that included Kentucky, Miami and the professional route with the G League. 

Duren’s commitment marks the second time in the last four recruiting cycles that Memphis has secured a commitment from a top-two overall recruit in the country under Hardaway. The Tigers also reeled in Memphis native James Wiseman, the No. 1 recruit in the 2019 class, who played in only three games with the Tigers because of eligibility issues. Wiseman was the foundation of Memphis’ top-rated recruiting class in 2019.

Memphis just got a major boost to its 2021 recruiting class, with 5-star center Jalen Duren reclassifying from 2022 and committing to the school.
