A Super Bowl pass-rusher can solve the Ravens problem.

Pass-rush help should be at the top of the Baltimore Ravens’ list of priorities this offseason. The defense was unable to generate consistent pressure in 2021, but that should change give the options available in both free agency and the 2022 NFL draft.

One player on the veteran market who should appeal to the Ravens is a former Super Bowl MVP. This proven edge defender has lifted the Lombardi Trophy on two occasions, including last season.

Ravens Can Get Bargain With Super Bowl LVI Winner

In his look at the best offseason moves AFC teams can make, ESPN’s Bill Barnwell urged the Ravens to acquire a pass-rusher. Barnwell advised going the veteran route to sign an ageing but still effective star: “They might

Aaron Donald, Sean McVay ramp up repeat talk at Rams’ Super Bowl parade

LOS ANGELES – Speculation over the possible retirement of Aaron Donald and Sean McVay seemingly faded Wednesday during the Los Angeles Rams’ public rally, which finished at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, in celebration of their Super Bowl 56 victory.

McVay, the Rams’ head coach, started chants of “run it back,’’ and then it was time to hear from the players.

Donald, the star defensive lineman who clinched the victory? Apparently ready to “run it back.’’

Rams outside linebacker Von Miller, a pending free agent? Count him in, too.

On the day of the Rams’ parade and rally, it was the central theme: Key members of the team that defeated the Cincinnati Bengals for the team’s first Super Bowl title in Los Angeles want to pursue back-to-back championships.

It will be the sixth straight draft in which they relax on Day 1 — but I think it’s safe to say they’ll be OK with that.

But for 27 teams that do have a first-round selection, it’s time to starting planning ahead and stacking prospect boards.

So it seems like a good time to once again predict the first 32 picks of April’s first round. Who will be the No. 1 pick? How will teams with multiple selections retool, and who will land the top prospects? And where will the quarterbacks go? You likely won’t see teams scrambling to jump into the top five for a

Rams’ Van Jefferson Welcomes Baby After Wife Went into Labor at the Super Bowl

Now this is a touchdown.

Instead of celebrating his first Super Bowl win with his teammates, Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson sprinted out of SoFi Stadium and straight to a nearby hospital to be by his wife Samaria‘s side as she gave birth to a baby boy.

Taking to Instagram, he shared an adorable photo of himself holding the newborn—they’ve yet to pick out a name—with the caption, “X2!!!!!”

It wasn’t exactly how the high school sweethearts (already parents to daughter Bella, 5) thought the day would go. At 40 weeks pregnant, Samaria told The Athletic she was “definitely feeling the pressure and the pain” ahead of the game. “Nerves for Van, nerves for our family—but it’s okay.” Though determined to be there to watch him play in person, she ultimately went into labor during the game and was rushed out of the arena on
